Revolutionising Hearing Care
Amplifon partnered on a digital transformation journey following a brand identity refresh. The goal was to enhance the experience for both customers and audiologists. For customers, this included a redesigned website and the launch of a native mobile app to complement hearing aids. Additionally, a data-driven dashboard was developed for audiologists to remotely manage and serve patients more efficiently.

The native mobile app serves as a central hub for tracking usage data, diagnosing issues with troubleshooting options, and contacting audiologists for expert support.
A dashboard was developed for audiologists to process and analyse real-time usage data from patients' hearing devices. It allows audiologists to onboard new patients, receive device alerts, analyse usage patterns, and schedule consultations directly from the dashboard.
